How do I cancel a subscription?

Open Usage and billing in your EvidenceGrid account, choose Manage subscription, and cancel through the Creem Customer Portal. Access continues through the current paid period.

How are refunds handled?

Refund eligibility follows the terms shown during Creem checkout and applicable consumer law. If a charge is incorrect or purchased access cannot be delivered, contact support@evidencegrid.org. Creem processes approved refunds as merchant of record.

How do I get billing support?
