Accounts
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in method. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your content
You retain ownership of PDFs, references, instructions, and research content you submit. You grant EvidenceGrid and its service providers permission to host and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.
You must have the right to upload and process submitted materials. Do not upload unlawful content, confidential information you are not authorized to process, malware, or material that infringes another person's rights.
AI-assisted results
AI extraction and synthesis can be incomplete or inaccurate. EvidenceGrid provides quotes, pages, match states, and review tools to support verification. You remain responsible for checking outputs before using them in research, publication, assessment, or professional decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass usage limits, disrupt the service, probe accounts or systems without authorization, automate abusive traffic, resell access without permission, or use EvidenceGrid in violation of applicable law.
Availability and limits
We may enforce storage, paper, token, and rate limits. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. Early access may include interruptions or feature changes.
Disclaimers
EvidenceGrid is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete extraction, citation accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. It does not provide legal, medical, research ethics, or other professional advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EvidenceGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
